“MATERIALS” refer to text, design, images, exported images, medical definitions, 3d models, codes & app user interface.

COPYRIGHT

The MATERIALS contained within the VISIBLE ANATOMY Website and App are fully owned by VISIBLE ANATOMY and it’s licensor. It is prohibited to publish, distribute or resell these MATERIALS through another stock media clearing house including but not limited to online marketplace for 3D models & stock images.

PERMITTED USE

The VISIBLE ANATOMY Website and App is intended for educational and reference purposes only. While efforts have been made to ensure the contained MATERIAL is as accurate and simplified as possible for easy understanding, we cannot ensure their accuracy for your intended purpose. When using the The VISIBLE ANATOMY Website and App for medical or consultation purpose, it must be used under the supervision of a doctor or medical expert. WE DO NOT OFFER MEDICAL ADVICE.

INDEMNITY

By using the VISIBLE ANATOMY Website or App, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold VISIBLE ANATOMY, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements, legal and accounting fees.

TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or VISIBLE ANATOMY. In such termination, you must cease the use of the VISIBLE ANATOMY Website and App & destroy all images exported from the App. VISIBLE ANATOMY may terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice and in it’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
